News: Activities of CPM on November 2008

Dear friends of Cross Project,

At least, I can post you the update of our activities in November 2008. I know it’s a bit late, but between November and December, our team is really busy. We are in hurry to deliver Cross Key Chains to PAKSU, also in buying some raw materials and to distribute the material to Cikarang and Sungai Tiram.

About Cikarang, right now… CPM has been multiplied in Cikarang. Our team there, Ester, had work hard to pioneer Cross Project Ministry in Cikarang. There are more than 5 housewives that join CPM. They produce the same Key Cross Chain and were sold together under Cross Project Ministry.

As we put Transparency as one of our core values, thus we try to keep posting our Balance Sheet and Income Statement monthly

Here is unaudited Income Statement in period of November 2008

Notes :

1. We have delivered 50 box of Milks in November, at @rp7250/box.
2. We also have deliver 600 Cross Key Chains to PAKSU, there also some individual sales.

Here is unaudited Balance Sheet as of November 2008

1. We also buy a lot of raw materials, because there is a positive signal from Bekasi District to buy Cross Key Chain for Christmas in Bekasi District. The price of Raw materials is increase 15-30% because of unstable exchange rate.
2. We also buy around 280 box of milks, The milk stock will be distributed every 2 weeks (10 box/family)
3. We also acknowledge a donation from CPM friend, Rp.500.000,- the donation is given with purposes to help us on buying raw material for production.
4. Payment for Labour AP will be conducted in middle of December

So this is all the news of CPM activity on November. Btw we also pioneer the CPM in Depok, and we will conduct training in Depok on the beginning of December 2008.
